South Dakota Transitional
Despite being semi long distance, we were thrilled to work with a client on a project that involved their new South Dakota home. We provided consultation on various aspects, including cabinets, paint colors, lighting, bedding, holiday decor, and window coverings.
To ensure efficiency, we utilized all in-stock items and transported them in phases, working on the project in manageable chunks. The goal was to create an updated and neutral aesthetic, with the intention of potentially selling the home fully furnished. By carefully selecting the elements and coordinating the design, we aimed to create a cohesive and appealing space that would not only meet the needs of the client’s family but also have broad market appeal. Despite the geographical distance, our collaboration allowed us to successfully transform the home into a stylish and functional living space that could potentially attract potential buyers in the future.
Prairie Trail Traditional
We had the pleasure of working with a long-time client who wanted to breathe new life into their home. Recognizing the value of investing in their current space, we embarked on a comprehensive renovation project. From flooring and paint to counters, lighting, and stone selections, we meticulously transformed the home, blending the timeless pieces with new additions.
The design transitioned from a Tuscan style to a more updated aesthetic. One of the standout features was the stunning lighting, which we carefully selected and strategically placed throughout the entire home, totaling 39 fixtures. The project encompassed a seven-week timeline, during which we managed the entire process, including the renovation, furnishing, and accessorizing. In addition to revamping the aesthetic aspects, we also redid showers, sinks, and repainted trim and cabinets, ensuring a cohesive and refreshed look.
The furnishings were carefully chosen as investments, adding both style and functionality to the space. The end result was a transformed home that reflected the client’s desire for a new and invigorating environment, combining timeless elements with updated aesthetics.
