In an impressive feat of efficiency, we were able to complete a full house transformation within just one day, starting from the early morning closure at 8 am and finishing by 5 pm. To meet this tight deadline, we utilized in-stock items available directly from our showroom, ensuring a seamless and timely process.
Although the overall project timeline was relatively short, we dedicated three weeks to meticulously design and layout all of the spaces, taking into account the specific requirements and preferences of our client. In pushing the boundaries, we transitioned the design style from traditional to slightly more contemporary, infusing a fresh and modern aesthetic throughout the home.
This transformation was particularly well-suited to our local client, who frequently hosts and entertains guests. By carefully curating the space and considering the client’s lifestyle, we were able to create an inviting and functional environment that perfectly catered to their needs and desires.
Home Show 2023
For the local Home Builders Association (HBA) home show and builder, we took on the exciting challenge of furnishing an entire contemporary and modern home. With the aim of creating a cohesive and visually striking design, we carefully selected furniture pieces that perfectly matched the style of the home. Despite the lighter color scheme, we ensured that the furniture was of high performance, combining durability with aesthetics. This allowed us to showcase the possibilities of incorporating lighter colors into a modern setting without compromising on functionality. Working closely with the builder, we collaborated from the beginning to establish a unified design concept, considering elements such as stone choices and color palettes. The result was a seamless integration of design, build, and execution, enabling us to present a stunning and well-coordinated home to a new audience. By embracing flexibility in design and employing high-performance furniture, we successfully highlighted the potential of contemporary and modern interiors to inspire and captivate.

In Britt, Iowa, we transformed this classic farmhouse from top to bottom—bringing the homeowners’ boldest vision to life. Rich dark tones and elegant gold accents flow throughout the home, creating a dramatic yet inviting atmosphere that feels both timeless and uniquely personal.
