We had the pleasure of working with a local client who wanted us to personalize their new Florida vacation home to create a stylish and comfortable beach getaway. Despite the distance, maintaining a strong relationship with our clients at home and on the go allowed us to efficiently complete their relaxing and contemporary home transformation with a remarkable two-day timeframe.
Mountain Home
A local client of ours wanted to create a beautiful mountain vacation home in Tennessee. To capture the essence of the picturesque surroundings, we incorporated rustic tones and materials into the design. Our process involved offering custom selections at our studio, transporting the chosen items and expertly setting them up on-site.
One of the highlights of the project was the kids loft, featuring trundle beds that added a playful touch to the space. With careful planning and efficient execution, we were able to complete the setup of the entire home in just two days. The end result was a stunning mountain retreat that perfectly reflected the client’s vision and provided a cozy and inviting atmosphere for their family’s getaway.
Lake Home
Our client sought a semi-renovation for their lake home. In our studio, we carefully selected the walls, flooring, and paint to achieve the desired transformation. The primary goal was to brighten up the space and create a casual atmosphere that would align with the relaxing lake vibes.
Considering the indoor-outdoor use of the home, we opted for high-performance fabrics that are durable and can withstand various conditions. The project was successfully completed within a six-month timeframe. Instead of relying on extensive construction work, our team focused on updating the space through furniture and design. The end result was a refreshed and inviting space that perfectly suited the client’s vision and lifestyle.
Florida Vacation Home
Tropical paradise meets Midwest comfort in this spectacular Naples Florida home. The owners, having recently completed their West Des Moines home with The Elements, called upon the design team again to tackle the project of furnishing their new vacation home. The entire project was designed from Iowa, where the clients met with our designers to make selections and view pieces in person. Every piece was then shipped directly to Florida where it was inspected, stored, and later delivered by a partnering white glove delivery service. This process was seamlessly coordinated by The Elements project management, before being placed and accessorized in person by members of the design team. Each space of this home reflects the homeowner’s timeless style — touching on clean, organic textures paired with durable materials that make for a comfortable retreat after a day of fun in the sun. Our client is delighted to have a little piece of Iowa to call home in Florida!
