Andi’s 6th grade “All About Me” project accurately predicted that design would play an integral role in her adult life. And while her visions of becoming a famous fashion designer living in a Paris chateau with her five children didn’t exactly pan out, her love for design has never wavered. Andi received her BA in Apparel Merchandising, Design and Production from Iowa State and has worked as a Visual Merchandiser, Interior Designer and HR Professional in Chicago and Des Moines. Since 2007, Andi has maintained her own photography business and truly loves the strong connections she’s had the privilege to build with clients and their families. Following stints in both Chicago and Nashville, Andi and her family found their way back to the Des Moines area in 2021 where she feels like she is officially home. Experience has taught Andi that it’s not just about what you do in life…it’s who you do life with. She knows there are countless designers and photographers out there – what’s important are the connections you establish and build with people. Sharing something so close to your heart – your family and your home – requires a significant level of trust that Andi understands, respects, and never takes for granted.
