While growing up in a small Iowa town, Lisa spent her time sketching floor plans and admiring home design, knowing that one day she wanted to be able to work in a creative environment. After exploring different opportunities she graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor’s in Event Management. Early on she landed a corporate role where she soon learned her true passion for project development. With her desire to work in a smaller team atmosphere, and be able to follow her true creative passion she found The Elements, who offered more than she could have ever expected. Lisa was able to get the best of both worlds of working in design and project management, intertwining her love of both with the team atmosphere she had desired.

Whether she’s handling the day-to-day operations, quoting a project, or keeping clients up to speed on the details of their projects, Lisa has found that creative outlet that she so dreamed of as a child. Outside of The Elements, you can find her fishing at the lake, tackling home projects, and spending time with her husband and their two girls.
